The Gathering 2024: Celebrating Five Years of Dance Music in Cleethorpes

The Gathering Festival marked its fifth birthday in style at Cleethorpes’ Meridian Showground on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Split across five arena, including non-stop music, over 60 international DJs and live acts delivered an unforgettable day of celebration, energy, and community. The milestone edition introduced a brand-new Outdoor Main Stage alongside returning favourites such as Clubland Classix, Goodgreef, The VIP Garden, and Area32 Meets Phuture Beats. Each arena showcased cutting-edge performances with world-class production, immersive lighting, and explosive sound. Headlining the 2024 event was platinum-selling artist Basshunter, who lit up the stage with his chart-topping hits Now You’re Gone and All I Ever Wanted. He was joined by Billy Gillies, whose single DNA (Loving You) was dominating the UK Top 10 at the time, along with legendary names including Judge Jules, Dave Pearce, Seb Fontaine, and Andy Whitby, who once again proved why he’s a fan favourite.
